Arrival times customers can plan around
"Where is my delivery?" Customers call, shops call, and the planner has to find out. We show every vehicle live on the map with an arrival time per stop, taken from the current plan, and share it with the customer before they need to ask.
Track & trace · 35 s
Every call starts a search
When customers have no reliable arrival time, they call. The planner looks up the vehicle, rings the driver and estimates, while the next call is already waiting. Tracking that only shows a dot on a map does not say when the delivery will actually arrive.
It costs planner and customer-service time, interrupted drivers, customers who wait in for hours or are not home when the truck arrives, and failed deliveries that have to go out again.
Calls all day
Customers and shops ring for an update, and each call pulls a planner away from planning.
A dot is not an arrival time
Seeing where a truck is does not tell the customer when it will reach their door.
Customers who give up waiting
Without a time to trust, people are out when the truck arrives, and the delivery fails.
Arrival times from the plan, shared before anyone asks
Because we know the plan, the stops still ahead and the vehicle's progress, we can estimate the arrival per stop and update it as the day changes. Customers get the time and the updates in your name, and planners see the same picture.
What goes in
- Vehicle positions from your telematics or driver app
- The current plan: stops, sequence and time windows
- Service times and progress along the route
- Changes from replanning during the day
Rules you control
- When and how customers are informed
- Which details customers and shops can see
- When a delay triggers a message or an alert
- Your branding on every message
What the planner sees
- Every vehicle live on the map, with progress against the plan
- An arrival time per stop, updated as the day changes
- Stops at risk of missing their window, flagged early
- Which customers have been informed, and when
Measured on your deliveries, not promised up front
We do not quote figures before we have seen your deliveries. In a pilot, arrival times run alongside your current process, and you compare estimates with actual arrivals and track the calls and failed deliveries that follow.
These are the measures a pilot compares. Outcomes depend on your network, data quality and customers, and are not guaranteed.
- Arrival-time accuracy
- Compared with actual arrivals
- 'Where is my delivery?' calls
- Counted before and during the pilot
- Failed deliveries
- Compared on comparable days
